This is a split site role, sometimes you will be working in Slough, sometimes in High Wycombe.

Confident and computer literate.
Experienced in call centre and complaint handling environment. Have a professional telephone manner.
Be articulate, calm, confident & empathetic when dealing with members of the public.
Be able to talk and type.
