| Description |
Our client based in Essex is currently seeking to recruit a Service Administrator. The ideal candidate will be a focused individual with exceptional customer service skills both on the telephone and face to face. Possess excellent IT, administration skills, be able to work in a busy but friendly environment, work to tight deadlines and exceed customer expectations on a daily basis. Our client is looking for someone who is confident, well presented and dedicated to providing a high class service. Your main duties will be
• General Administration duties
• Warranty
• Invoicing
• Contacting existing and new customers
• Bookings vehicles in to the workshop
• Meeting targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of Kerridge
• Excellent organisational skills
• Assisting customer with queries
