| Job Location: Portland, OR keyword: Director of Real Estate Ops, Architecture Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Director of Real Estate Ops 060848 As our Director of Real Estate Operations you will partner with the Global sales team to develop Retail Market mapping tools and processes. You will lead the Global Retail Marketplace Mapping process and work with Affiliates to ensure they are aligned with Marketplace strategies. You'll develop Geography Real Estate Operation Managers/Analysts to successfully execute Marketplace Mapping. You will develop consistent real estate policies, procedures and processes and work with Geography Real Estate teams to implement them. You'll develop consistent reporting tools including dashboards for Global and Geography teams. In addition, you will lead the Global Real Estate Committee and Fleet Review Process as well as develop and lead deployment of best practices. Requirements for this position include: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Business 10 years of retail experience, including leadership positions preferably with a multi-branded retailer Experience should include real estate strategic planning, negotiating leases, management of store construction processes, and lease administration.
