Our client’s rapid growth has created the need for new members of the Reservations team based in Manchester City Centre.
These varying language roles will be instrumental to the continued growth of the company within the Car Broker market.
They offer a very competitive salary with excellent bonus and commission rates; based on monthly bookings and incentives.
Providing a 2 week comprehensive training course giving each individual a chance to learn about the industry, sales techniques, the use of our in-house reservations system and much more
As a rapid growth continues there will be excellent opportunities for future development and progression within the company.
The Reservation Agents Role:
· To take inbound calls in a designated language offering the customer the best possible level of service and commitment within the car hire industry.
· Make car reservations throughout the world.
· To ensure that every customer is dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
Personal Skills Attributes:
· Some prior sales experience is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
· Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
· Willingness to learn and work within a multi-cultural and diverse environment
· A polite and friendly telephone manner
· Team player
· Ability to work individually on own initiative
· Some IT skills including excel/word knowledge
· Fluency in specific languages.
· Good grasp of the English language
Competitive starting salary £12500 - £13000 dependent upon experience plus excellent bonus potential up to £29000 £
