| Description |
This is an opportunity for someone who is looking for an administrative role within an accounts department. The job holder will be responsible for providing assistance to the company secretary by undertaking administrative duties such as:
Faxing/Filing/Photocopying. Upating ledgers. Producing invoices. Processing of standing orders. Inputting of Sales / processing of cheques. Other administrative duties in line with the requirements of the role.
The successful candidate will be well organised and have basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Experience of Sage or any similar accounting software would be advantageous but is not compulsory.
