Department Objectives: Ensure timely processing of documents. Ensure delivery timescales are met. Ensure effective communication between admin, dealers sales and customers. Collection of information for Book keeper.
Primary Objectives of the Role: To maintain a professional relationship with our business partners. To ensure customers have a positive experience.
Key Tasks: Ordering of vehicles Despatch of documents to customers Receipt and checking of documents Organising deliveries Despatch of correct documents to Funder Collation of information for company book keeper
Required skills: Word / Excel Communication
Personal Profile: Ability to work under pressure, in a busy environment Team player also self motivated/self starter Excellent communication skills Professional attitude
