Purpose of Role
To optimise revenue and profitability through management of a current portfolio of agents and individuals. To close all sales from direct and indirect leads. You will be required to work in a target driven sales environment which requires you to be enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative. A background in property sales is not required but desired.
General Responsibilities in this role
•The ability to close all property sales
•To establish, own and drive the effective management of your agent base, in a cohesive and strategic manner.
•Required to train your own agents by providing them with updated information while pushing product sales through these sources
•To cold call new clients and agents through the telephone and office visits
•The ability to communicate effectively with senior people from all sectors
•An excellent track record as a team player
•Excellent organizational, relationship and power point presentational.
•Work closely with your team and the Agent Relationship Officer (ARO) to ensure maximum revenue from each client
•The ability to plan efficiently and co-ordinate the delivery of sales training to agents with the ARO.
