| Description |
| We are looking an NVQ Assessor based inPortsmouth.
Salary £22-23k.
Must be mobile.
23 days Holiday,
Parking, Kitchen area, contributory pension
Great working environment
Essential skills:
A1 Assessor award or D32/33
Teaching qualification (not essential)
Experience within Management, IT, Customer Service, Team Leader or Business Administration so that you are able to deliver and train those NVQs
Ability to build a rapport with clients
Ability to engage with adult learners and all other learners
Some dynamics and self-motivation
As an NVQ Assessor, you will be supporting candidates through their NVQ qualifications. You will need to be delivering the program by meeting clients and candidates on site, delivering inductions and workshops and following through to the achievement of the NVQ.
Additionally you will be required to respond to enquiries from companies who wish to put their staff members through NVQs. You will be visiting them on their premises for the initial consultation and then regularly throughout the process.
3-4 days will be spent out of the office so you must be within a reasonable distance from Portsmouth and happy to travel within a reasonable area.
