| Description |
| We are looking for a 3 month contractor, to work on site of their HQ. You must be an experienced Excel user to more advanced levels.
To be a team player, to be able to multi task within the team.
You will be require to:
1. Using Access producing reports from data held in Excel- hence the advanced excel.
2. Running reports and distributing to the management team to agreed deadlines.
3. Working with the team, making sure all tasks are completed within agreed time frames and chasing those that have not completed at the set deadlines. Keeping the management up to date with an obstacles / slippages in target dates and reasons why.
4. Keeping all data up to date on the Access database.
5. Helping with any improvements on the format of the reports.
6. Ad hoc projects, reports or tasks as required.
